City of Marina Receives Improved ISO Rating
City of Marina received official notification from the Insurance Services Office (ISO), Inc. that the City's Fire Department has obtained a Class 3/3Y rating for its structural fire suppression delivery system which is a significant improvement.
Measure F - Transaction Use Tax - Argument in Favor
Measure F ensures that we can Keep Marina Safe and Beautiful by maintaining $2.3 million of funding annually to pay for our vital public services like police and fire protection, parks and recreation, and road maintenance without raising your taxes.
Measure E - Transient Occupancy Tax Extension - Argument in Favor
Measure E ensures that we can keep Marina Safe and Beautiful by maintaining the approximately $320,000 of Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) revenues that Marina gets annually from the tourists that stay in our hotels.
