Create With Us: Quick Field Sketching Techniques

Pacific Grove Museum of Natural History will host an online event, Wednesday, July 29, 2020 at 1 PM – 2 PM.

Can’t get enough of nature? Neither can we! Tune in as Becca Hoskins teaches us 3 quick field drawing techniques that you can use as you hike through nature with your sketchbook. All you’ll need is paper and a pencil for this kid-friendly tutorial.

Becca Hoskins graduated from the Science Illustration Graduate Certification program at CSU Monterey Bay in June 2020. She is currently completing a science illustration internship with the Mahoosuc Land Trust in Bethel, Maine, where she will use her illustration skills to highlight local conservation efforts.
