The Human Resources and Risk Management Department supports seven municipal departments and a workforce of approximately 100 employees. We strive to create and improve upon employment programs that are designed to attract and retain the brightest, most talented and dedicated employees and ensure the workforce is safe and free from harassment and discrimination.
