City Loans for COVID Impacts
On April 21, 2020, the City Council authorized two loan programs designed to assist City of Marina Small Businesses and Residents to address COVID impacts. On December 17, 2020, the City Council extended the program until March 31, 2020, increased the business loan funding to $400.000, and amended other terms to make loans available to more business and residents. The Business loan program entails up to a $15,000 loan for businesses that have not already received a loan from the City and $5,000 for those that have. Resident loans were also increased to $3,500. A summary of Business Loan Program and the Residential Loan Program can be found below. Additionally, below are the Loan Applications.
