[ARCHIVED] Marina Police Arrest Three Juveniles for Burglary

On July 23, 2009, approximately 2:34 PM, Wal-Mart loss prevention reported that three male
juveniles had just stolen property from within the store and were fleeing on foot from the store.
Two suspects, ages 13 years old and 16 years old, were located hiding in the back yard of a
residence nearby. The third suspect, 17 years old, was located in the area approximately an hour
after the initial crime. He ran from officers, was caught and taken into custody at Seaside Circle
and Reservation Road.
All three suspects were charged with burglary, conspiracy, and possession of stolen property.
The third suspect was charged with delaying and obstructing police officers.
