The Monterey County Environmental Health Bureau announces that information is available through the Monterey County Health Department website to guide businesses in their planning efforts to reopen for dine-in services in Monterey County while we await approval from the State of California. Through this website, the public will find links to guide a restaurant business in reopening while still following the key preventive practices per the guidance:

Monterey County is preparing for Stage 2 reopening pending approval of the Attestation submitted as part of the State’s plan to reopen with precautions and ensuring the health and protection of the public against the spread of COVID-19.
