[ARCHIVED] Voter Mailings Kick Off the Official Start of the November 3, 2020 General Election

Marina Residents should soon receive their Local Voter Information Guides and can View a webinar on the new district-based elections for Marina residents

Guides began arriving in mailboxes last Saturday and will continue throughout the week. Monterey County ballots will also begin mailing this week. Voters will begin receiving ballots by the end of this week and into the week of October 5th

 Local voter guides are also available online at https://www.montereycountyelections.us/  look for the Polling Place and Voter Information Guide Lookup under the ELECTIONS tab.

 “Monterey County Elections is delivering the ballots ahead of schedule to give voters plenty of time to vote and return their ballots,” said Registrar of Voters, Claudio Valenzuela

 State Voter Information Guides are available online at https://voterguide.sos.ca.gov/. Audio and large format versions of the state voter guide will be available at our early voting locations:

  • Monterey County Elections: 1441 Schilling Place – North Building, Salinas
  • Embassy Suites: 1441 Canyon Del Rey Blvd, Seaside 

Early voting begins Monday, October 5th at both early voting locations during regular business hours. Weekend voting will be available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, October 24th – 25th and October 31st - November 1st
