The Dunes Development Affordable Housing Sites
BMR Site 1Site 1 is a 3.66-acre parcel at the southeast corner of Imjin Parkway and 4th Avenue, plus a small 0.46 acre parcel across 4th Avenue for overflow parking. It would accommodate 92 low and very low-income rental units, a single manager’s unit, a central clubhouse, off-street parking, and open space/recreation amenities.
BMR Site 2
Site 2 is a 2.35 acre property at the southwest corner of 2nd Avenue and 5th Street. Site 2 would accommodate 48 low and very low income rental units, a single manager’s unit, a central clubhouse, off-street parking, and open space/recreation amenities
